the room air conditioning worked great. the overall ambiance was nice too. the staff are really friendly. the room was spacious and fairly comfortable.
i found that the coffee machine had not been cleaned. the amenities had not been replenished completely. the body wash in the shower was totally empty.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. I will admit that.
I really didn't like the check-in. The communication was poor. upon asking for water bottles, i was told to drink from the tap. i know i can drink from tap water. Why am i paying so much just to sleep on a bed. basic things are missing.
